Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your package is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, if available.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipping — additional shipping fees may apply.
