1. Using Our Store

When you shop with us, you agree to use the site in a respectful and lawful way. You must be of legal age to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian. You can’t use our products or services for anything illegal, offensive, or harmful. Any misuse of the site may result in denied access or canceled orders.

2. Orders & Payments

We sell apparel like t-shirts and hoodies through our online store. All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which supports:

- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Your payment details are handled securely through Shopify and Stripe. We never store your credit card information.

3. Shipping Information

We currently deliver only within Croatia, using BOXNOW and Croatian Post as our shipping partners. Estimated delivery time: typically 2–5 business days. Shipping costs will be shown during checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with Croatian consumer protection laws. To qualify, items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- In original condition and packaging

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect. To start a return, just email us at contact@mindsetave.com with your order details.

5. Product Info & Availability

We aim to show all products clearly and accurately, but color or sizing may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may limit quantities or update product details at any time without notice. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll let you know and refund you immediately.

6. Account & Billing Info

Please make sure all your order, shipping, and payment information is accurate. If we spot any issues or suspicious activity, we may contact you or cancel your order. You’re responsible for keeping your account and contact details up to date.

7. Site Content & Copyright

All content on this website – including images, logos, product names, and descriptions – belongs to JEES d.o.o. or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse anything without written approval.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We’ll never sell your personal info, and we only collect what’s necessary to fulfill your order and improve your experience. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

We do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly — but if something goes wrong (like a delay or error), our liability is limited to the value of the products you’ve purchased. We’re not responsible for losses or issues caused by factors outside our control (e.g. delivery delays, third-party services, internet issues, etc.).

10. Disputes & Legal Stuff

This store operates under the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here. If you continue using the site after an update, it means you accept the new version.
